CJ Massie is a behavior-based coach, author, athlete, and caregiver advocate who believes healing doesn’t happen in a single moment—it happens in rhythm.

After years of quietly carrying the weight of caregiving, burnout, body disconnection, and spiritual fatigue, CJ rebuilt her life from the inside out—not through extremes, but through steady systems, sacred rest, and aligned action.

She’s the founder of New Body Legacy™, a lifestyle coaching movement designed for high-functioning professionals, caregivers, and “the strong ones” who are ready to reset their habits, rebuild their health, and reclaim their purpose—without hustle, hype, or shame.

Her methodology blends behavior modification, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, spiritual anchoring, and legacy-driven goal setting. Her signature approach uses micro habits, rhythm-based planning, and real-life systems to help clients stop starting over—and finally move forward.

A Voice Built from Lived Experience

CJ doesn’t just coach these rhythms—she’s lived them.

As a full-time caregiver navigating medical crises, dementia advocacy, and long-term fatigue, CJ experienced firsthand how grief, stress, and survival mode can slowly unravel your body, identity, and purpose. She wrote her way through the darkness—one reflection, reset, and rhythm at a time.

She turned that healing into a movement, then into a book series.

CJ’s five-volume series, New Body Legacy™, is written for the reader who’s ready to reclaim their health—not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and generationally.

The books blend coaching insights, habit research, and real-life client stories with a voice that is bold, soulful, and radically honest. Each volume walks with readers through the seasons of reconnection, grief, emotional reset, and embodied legacy.

CJ is also a competitive athlete, currently preparing for the stage as part of the Body By Warren team. Her training is rooted in alignment, discipline, and intentional fueling—not punishment.

Her prep work fuels her perspective: the same systems that prepare an athlete to compete can help anyone reclaim their energy, vitality, and rhythm.
